An office occupies this collection of rooms inside a bigger room. The rooms contain private work areas and bathrooms. The spaces between them will be used for a kitchen, meeting areas, and additional work tables.

Originally built in 1910, the building has been home to an early movie theater, a saloon, a flophouse, several stores, offices, and a drop-in center. Its many uses have required a corresponding variety of interior partitions, with this project being the latest adaptation.

The wood framing—partially exposed—is both structure and ornament.
