In this issue of ARCADE, guest editors Paul Andersen and Adam Lerner present a diverse group of art works and design projects that use large amounts of energy. They extrapolate new models of energy use from comparisons of Double Negative and Fat Man Walking, Janine Gordon’s mosh pit photos and B-61 nuclear bombs, autobiographical diagrams and miniature robotic film sets, and a number of other unlikely juxtapositions.
